Good food. I have the New York Steamer, and also my stepfather, and my sister and mother have the meatball Sub. My sister got the kids, so she got a hat and a rice crisp contract. Their refreshments had little to no carbonization. We ordered food and when we came home, both sandwiches were completely wrong. Ordering a page of Mac and cheese and container was only half full. For $38 it was not worth it View all feedback.
We came in for a quick lunch, there were no other customers so we were waited on immediately, great! Took quite a long time for two sandwiches, but luckily hubby and I enjoy each other's company. Here's the bad part, my sandwich was missing half it's meat and the little that was there didn't fit the whole bun. Super bummed!
The sandwiches was nice and hot. Just the way we like it. But they do need to fix the soft drink machine. Not many drinks and some of them are flat. Can't drink them.
Nasty nasty nasty ? they are not clean and the hood don?t taste hood. The bread taste old. The order wasn?t right and portions are very small. I use to love and support them because my husband is a fire chief but it has gone down hill. I don?t know why these company?s are giving less food, less service, not clean and it don?t taste good ?like seriously pick a struggle.

The day of my visit, the manager refused to honor the free sandwich promotion, despite it being advertised. The staff was quite rude, and the customer service fell short of expectations.
