I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant, but I haven't been in a while since I moved away. While I was in town, I decided to stop by. I was quite disappointed with their new cup sizes. I purchased the $7 cup and it was not large enough for even a few toppings when I only filled it halfway with yogurt. I realize that prices have increased, but I think the new sizes are excessive. The place was filthy. Wasn't greeted when we came in the door. Half of the ten yogurt options weren't available. The toppings were not fresh and the fruit looked like it was rapidly going bad. Paid $7 for frozen yogurt that wound up being so spoiled I couldn't eat it. Not sure if they're not checking the temperatures that they're keeping their machines at, but they ought to. I'll never go back.
Maybe update your website/Google listing. Feels like every time I drive to bippy’s an hour before they close, they are just randomly closed? Waste of time and gas. Time to find a new froyo place

Amazing Frozen Yogurt. Liked it so much that we went back a second night in a row. Highly recommend!
Very rude staff. We had our 8 month old daughter and our service dog and was asked what kind of service our dog was trained for. I'm sorry but our dog is a registered service animal and No, we don't need to explain what for. We were treated with disrespect. I do not recommend this place at all.
