What Hermosa Woolfolk doesn't like about Starbucks:
First of all, this store doesn't have the App working. For us Starbucks lovers we loose points. Customer service is usually very good and Drive-thru pretty fast. They aren't consistent on their taste. I also have asked to get a loaf toasted and it barely got warmed. View all feedback.
Has to be the worst STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! The wait time is ridiculous!! Get yo the window they have no clue where my order even is! Literally in line for 45 minutes!!!!! SMH! Do better or close the location ALL TOGETHER! So disappointed! Drink was nasty!!

Wow so while giving my order was thinking about get a croissant when I saw 6 flies inside all over the food. I was so disgusted that just took my coffee. The lady just came by saw me didn't say hi or anything just said what would I like. Definitely would not recommend this place. I'll continue my business in the Hinesville Starbuck's. First the px food court is disgusting with the cockroaches now here. So sad that this is our base.
Some of the hardest working staffs I've ever witnessed. Amazing service bringing good to even the worst of days! Thank you all. RP
