Zapata's Mexican - Fort Smith

The food at this restaurant is truly incredible. My girlfriend insisted that I try it, and I'm so glad we did—wow! Everything from start to finish was fantastic. Our waiter was quick and very accommodating. The fajita I ordered was outstanding, and the flan was excellent as well. But let me tell you, the margarita was both delicious and strong—I definitely wasn't prepared for that! They did an amazing job with everything. I highly recommend this place! Food: 5/5

My go-to Mexican restaurant in the river valley from now on! The customer service is spot on. They’re very attentive to detail. The music is great but not too loud so you can still have drinks and enjoy the conversation. The food is almost too good and comes with so many good sides to solidify the meal. I sat at the bar and had a great experience!!!

I love most of the food here. I would recommend anything I've tried here except the fajitas. I ordered the fajitas for a family of 4 and no one liked them. I have loved everything else I've ordered however. The family value meal is my absolute favorite. I love that they have pick up parking. The workers are friendly. They are good about picking up their phone. I've always had positive experience here.Kid-friendliness: I've brought my kids here everytime to never have any issues.

I placed two separate orders, one for myself and one for my coworker. We thought we could use two coupons because it was two different orders, but the employee said that we could not, which I accepted although it was strange. When I picked up the order, he gave me the card that they stamp when you order. I asked him if he was going stamp it twice for me, and he said no. So I asked for my own card (one for me, one for my coworker) and he rolled his eyes, gave me a card, and told me that he was not going to stamp it for me, and that he was also not going to stamp it for me when I came back. He won’t have to worry about stamping it for me when I come back, because I will never go back after having to deal with the rudest service industry worker I have ever encountered.

Loved going in and just enjoying a quiet environment with inexpensive but delicious guacamole and margaritas. The staff are friendly!
