Subway - Fort Smith

You can't really go wrong with a sandwich from this restaurant. I recommend ordering in person or through the drive-thru, as I have had a few incorrect online orders. In-store, they do a great job.

My wife and I stopped in after work to grab a sandwich. The staff behind the counter completely ignored us as we waited for over 5 minutes to place our order, despite there only being two other customers. The service was awful.

I always enjoy dining at Subway. I really appreciate their wide selection of sandwiches. I've even managed to lose weight by choosing their tasty wraps. The healthy options like the tomato wrap and spinach wrap are my favorite. They offer a great variety of items including pizza, sub sandwiches, and wraps, making it a great option for the entire family. The staff is always friendly and efficient, providing excellent service.

When I asked the first lady to open the bread all the way (so that the food didnt end up in the center blocking the condoments from being all the way through the sandwich)she flattened the bread with both hands.. then the second lady asked what condomentI wanted and I told her rand but just put it on the bottom piece of bread so she put the rand in the middle where the top andbottom pieces of bread meet. Like bro how hard is it to just make the sandwich the way some one asked while they are watchingyou

Really disappointed. I sat in line with only one person in front of me and wasted 15 minutes waiting on them and got tired of waiting. Don't come here if you want something fast because their workers are slow and unresponsive. Their supposed to fast butworker are lazy. Some people are on time crunch. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a soft drink ready and take a card.
