Sonic Drive-in - Fort Smith

In my experience, these are the best Sonic locations in Fort Smith. The staff is friendly and genuinely apologetic when there’s a bit of a wait, even if it’s just 10 minutes for a limo. They tend to be busy whenever I visit, which suggests that others agree it’s a solid spot. I’ve never received an incorrect order, and my drinks have always been well-managed—no soda spilled on the sides or pooling in the lid. The only downside is the occasional longer-than-usual wait, but I’m perfectly fine with that because everything else is vastly better than at other locations.

The restaurant offers 50-cent corn dogs and reasonably priced drinks. The food is enjoyable, but the quality and freshness can vary. My last visit was positive, with good value and performance. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

I had a rough experience in the past, but I have to say they really made it up to me this time. I was attended to promptly, and I decided to give them another shot today. The staff was incredibly nice and professional. I would definitely return, especially to see Lex—she's fantastic!

They’re nice here and everyone works really hard. I’ve heard the manager is really nice and thoughtful, and likes to help people out who need a second chance. And she’s cool about it, so it usually works out. Sometimes people just need someone, anyone to believe in them and they will go so much further. Spread the love ?
