My wife and I went for lunch. It was just there once and it was good. I hate the subway, but I wanted a subway. So I drove 20 miles to the firehouse to get my sub. I had the hero Sub, she had the steak and cheese. It was a little waiting for our food, but I have nothing to wait for as long as the food is good. It was a big part, though they were from salad. The hired were more concerned about the personal business than to do their jobs. I ordered a big sub, I guess as I'm a wee, they thought I said medium. they were also made of baked potato soup.
The sub i ordered was the brisket one. The first one was almost raw meat and the second wasn't to far behind the first. Wont go back. Nasty food.
Took our order and was told only one steamer was working which was fine, they have no tomato, and we pay for our food and get to the pop machine and it has a note that says no carbonation?!!! What?!!! They didn’t say a word while we where checking out but yet asked us if we wanted to make it a combo! No unsweetened tea made and very little uncovered sweet tea made. Staff very unprofessional! This place has went downhill horribly! Too bad, it used to be one of our favorite places to go!
I'd leave less then one star if that was possible. I've never had a place screw up so many orders. Two separate times I have called, been placed on hold, and they never got back to me. Once I placed a to go order, got there 20 minutes later, and still sat inside and waited for my 2 sandwiches while I watched others come inside, order, get their sandwich, then leave all before I got my meal. What was the point of calling it in!?!? And they've given me the completely wrong order multiple times. And refused to fix it when I called about it. I've given them chance after chance to get things right, but I'm finally done trying. This place is officially the worst run restaurant in Fort Smith. 0 out 10.... do not recommend....
