I have been a fan of Emmy's since childhood, when my parents would bring us there for special occasions. Emmy even fed my son her potato soup when he was a baby. Now, at 25, he still loves Emmy's! I highly recommend trying the fried cheese with hot mustard and the Chicken Cordon Bleu with a fried egg on top, as they are some of our favorite dishes. I love this place!! Excellent service and excellent food!! If you have never been, I recommend that you eat at Emmy's. Thank you for always making me feel at home !
The food is SO good! We came for spirits but after seeing the sampler had to try it and everything was superb! The staff is so wonderful friendly and attentive. Great local find! I'll be back for sure!
We used Emmy's German Restaurant as our caterer for our wedding. Joe was a huge help in planning out the menu and how the food would be displayed in the space. The food was delicious and our guest are still talking about it! We got a ton of compliments on the food. The staff was also very good. Never in the way, but always kept the room free of trash and empty plates. Joe and his staff are very professional and I would highly recommend Emmy's as a catering option for my friends. We have also used Emmy's for several large parties that we had at the restaurant. That has always been a great experience, as well. Of course, it's a great place for a date night. It truly provides a new experience in Fort Smith.
Love the bar, the history of the place. Food is fancy and very tasty. Egg rolls were a favorite, the bbq pork grit cakes were a hit also.
