Casey's - Fort Smith

I absolutely love Casey's! I picked up donuts for my family and the neighbors, who have four children, and they were all thrilled! The donuts were amazing! They also serve fantastic breakfast pizza—definitely give it a try! The team at Casey's is a wonderful group of people!

You truly serve fresh and delightful pizza. The restrooms are always clean, and the trash cans and windshields at the gas station are consistently well-maintained and emptied. The highlight, though, is your incredibly helpful app that offers easy-to-earn and redeem rewards. I go through fuel like a Boeing, and I can use my Casey's Rewards points for gas discounts, which can also be combined with my Gas Buddy card for an additional discount! Plus, there's usually a Gas Buddy deal notification that I can turn off for an extra 5 cents off per gallon.

Food is low quality, I’ve never had an issue with their gas. However I thought Casey’s used to be 24 hours but this particular location is not a 24 hour location.

These people don't care who they hire and are very rude. An associate of there's yelled at my mother and told her to leave. After confronting him about this , he and I got into a fight in station parking lot while he was still working and weeks later I found out no action was taken and he still works there. Management is a joke they yell at customers and can't keep employees because everyone quits

I can only drink water, tea coffee no carbohydrate drinks so I do drink a lot of tea. Recently I went in and no tea was made and the girl said it wasn’t here job. I was more then happy to tell her if she works there it is her job. I just now came out of because the tea time had expired by 45minutes and it had a sore taste. I ask the young lady if she was going to make new tea and she replied after I make coffee. I told my grandson we will go somewhere else. This will be my last visit to this store. Staff is lazy and rude
