Applebee's - Fort Smith

Brennan our waiter was very respectful and helpful, he was very attentive (sorry, if I miswritten your name) and I really appreciate your professionalism along with the mgnr. very nice, helpful

I had the chance to visit the restaurant on 9/22/2022. My server Sarah was fantastic and the food was excellent. The Manager Lloyd was on the floor helping his staff and talking to customers. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I've not stepped into an Applebee's in over 12 years due to low quality food, and lacking service. The state I lived in had closed almost all of the locations. Going tonight, my meal was good, drinks strong, and our server Emanie was great. She took good care of us and was a very nice young lady.

My hubby and grandson enjoyed their meals very much. I won't say mine was bad, but I tried the shrimp scampi chicken and decided I wasn't a fan. Got to admit, it's probably the first time I've really not liked anything they served

Slow service. Didn't get the appetizer right which we weren't going to complain about then we decided to order another appetizer because they were advertising half off after 9 which we looked up on Applebee's website to see which ones were part of the special but then the bill came the manager said each franchise had different appetizers on the special. Won't be going back over $4! The manager could have just ate the $4 we'd have been happy but instead we're posting this won't be going back will be calling Applebee's corporate in the morning. Sharing the screenshot which clearly says Ft Smith the pub pretzel which is what we ordered.
