A&W - Fort Saskatchewan

June 30th we used the drive through and ordered a Teen Burger Combination and an additional Teen burger. We paid and thought it was rather expensive but never the less used our credit card and were told to park and the order would be brought to the car. The order arrived soon after without the single beverage and the gentleman had to return again. As we had a 90 minute drive we ate on the road and didn’t pay attention the the receipt until we arrived at our destination. It was then, my wife read the receipt and told me we were charged for each of the individual items. 2 Teens, 1 fry, and 1 drink. Food was Excellent.

Just early this year this A&W just had a new image inside and out and I have noticed that the service was excellent friendly staff and great food with the new management I heard it's all working great now especially with the new Croissant Ham and Egger. You guys should try it!

I ordered the Large Mushroom Swiss burger with a Large Root Beer. The burger was delicious and the Root Beer, as always, was awesome.

Went in right before breakfast cutoff, they were kind enough to still make breakfast and we thanked them. Ordered 3 egg breakfast, only got 2. Sausages were cold, from the fridge, we took them back and received 2 new cold sausages. We walked in circles trying to find a clean enough table. The restaurant is dirty all over. Cleaning tables is not enough. The whole place needs an overhaul. We will not be eating there again.

Lunch time on Tuesday May 7/19 and no better place to go to than the A&W for a Teen Burger combo. Excellent service and very hot food .
