They're often out of basic items like coffee, cups, and lids, an... read more We've visited Casey's in Fort Pierre several times, and each visit seems to reveal more issues. They're often out of basic items like coffee, cups, and lids, and sometimes it feels like you have to rummage through supplies on the floor. I attempted to wash our windshield, but there was no fluid available. I checked the other dispensers only to find them either empty or dirty. While using the restroom, I discovered there were no towels in the machine, though some soaking wet towels were left on the counter. Additionally, flies were a persistent presence, landing on everything around. We did enjoy a few slices of pizza, which were delicious, but we find ourselves wishing the overall atmosphere was better so we could visit more frequently, considering the food is good.

It seemed like she was more focused on her phone than on her work, which I found quite annoying. It would have been much more pleasant if they had some holiday music playing instead.

Also couldn't get any water unless I bought a bottle. I don't like to use any more plastic than necessary. Pretty stupid that I can'tfill my own water bottle. Not planning to return.

My door dash order had to be canceled because the girl sitting behind the counter couldn't be bothered to help the gentleman out. I amvery disappointed in this store especially when I had no issue's with them before. I never write bad reviews but when youremployee's can't be bothered to do their job and just want to sit behind the counter texting then I will write one. Verydisappointed in the service he was given. My order had nothing to do with your kitchen being closed so obviously the lady wasjust being lazy.

I found this to be ANNOYING. It would be nice if thisstore had a some holiday music instead of that
