Service was great, food was great, it was a little slow there during my visit. The store was clean and the bathroom, where in good order. They were made of sweet tea in the lobby, but the beverage area was clean. Overall it was a great experience, chicken pliers where hot and my burger was juicy! View all feedback.
I really enjoy this place. Hardee's serves great burgers, and the updated decor is lovely. I would have given it five stars, but during my last visit, they pushed the apple cake on us, so my wife and I agreed to try it. Unfortunately, when we got home, we discovered there was no cake in our bag. We didn't realize it until we were quite a distance away, so we couldn't go back. If you're going to promote items, they really need to ensure everything is in the bag. We were too full to eat anything else anyway, but I can't give five stars due to this small oversight.
It seems that they have made progress with their service and order accuracy recently. The food is satisfactory. If you're considering a smaller burger, I recommend asking for barbecue sauce or another extra sauce, as the regular burgers can be a bit dry. However, this is a common issue across the chain, not just at this location. Overall, the service here is usually quite quick.
