My family and I have been dining at this restaurant for as long as I can remember. However, when I called tonight to add to my parents' order, the server was extremely rude. She spoke in a passive-aggressive tone throughout the conversation and even complained about me adding to the order after she thought she hung up the phone. My wife and I ate here for the first time yesterday evening, burger are absolutely the best! the waitresses were very friendly and courteous, some of the best service I have seen! if they ever visit dogtown, I urge to stop in!

Big Time Cafe, located in the heart of Dogtown, Alabama, is a great place to stop for burgers and fries. Big Time Cafe burgers tower over Double Whoppers and cost less than $6 dollars for a single patty, and if you prefer homemade patties over run-of-the-mill fast-food, you'll definitely want to stop here for a bite to eat. They serve a little bit of everything, country style. (Fried pickles, folks.)Old-fashioned, country style, friendly service is another staple of Big Time Cafe. A small cafe with big time burgers.
The food was pretty good even though they were out of some items when we were there but staff was very friendly and the food was great
