Could understand if th... read more I love Krystal always have. But if this is what they have become I doubt I will be back! Was in drive through for over 50 min last night. Could understand if they were busy but it didn't look like there was anyone inside the lobby and there was only oneother in the drive through. I got a sackfull of cheese Krystal when I got home I pulled one out and bit into it and it crunchedmy first thought was they had put bacon well no it was just the extremely burnt onions on all $37 worth! Do better Krystal.

I HIGHLY recommend their chili cheese Krystal and chili cheese fries. The only Krystalthat never skimps on the chili or fries.

My friends finished their meals while I never received mine. I ended up getting a refund, but they deducted a $1 card fee. I won't be returning.

The food was unappetizing, and the only thing we were told was our total. Prices have soared while the quality felt like it came from a dumpster. I won’t be returning.

The Krystals were fresh, and the lady at the window was incredibly sweet and friendly. I'm really glad I stopped by, and I truly appreciate the wonderful staff they have there.
