When they ra... read more I recently visited their drive-thru and I have to say, Kaylin (I hope I spelled that correctly) went above and beyond my expectations for her role. When they ran out of a particular chicken flavor, she took the initiative to find a solution that would satisfy my son, who loves spicy food, without me even having to ask. Thank you, Kaylin, for your exceptional efforts, kind attitude, and for being such a bright spot in the world. You definitely deserve a raise!

My biscuit was so hard I could... read more I just got back from there and the service was horrible. They had no spoons unexpected me to eat my mashed potatoes with a fork. My biscuit was so hard I could have broke the window. It took forever for them to come to the counter to give me a new biscuit, or tell me that they don't have any spoons. All the tables were dirty so it took a while to find somewhere to sit. Their biscuits half the size that they used to be 5 months ago. Prices are really high now. I won't go back there again.

We dined in as it was one of the few places in the area where the dining room was open. I just wanted to give kudos to a young man named Ethan who took our order. He was polite, friendly, and went above and beyond by taking our empty plates when we were done. He brought my mom a bag for leftovers and we was cleaning the dining room while there was downtime.
