I want to commend a young man named Ethan for his exceptional service. He was polite, friendly, and went above and beyond by clearing our plates when we were finished. He even brought my mom a to-go bag and tidied up the dining room when it was time. Kudos to Ethan - KFC should recognize and appreciate having such an exemplary employee on their team!
