It’s Mothers Day and my Daughter and her young family went to the Battlefield for a picnic. I received a pic of their smiling faces with their big delicious spread of mac cheese, fries, mashed potatoes gravy, cole slaw and fried chicken. So what could go wrong? No utensils!
My mom, daughter, and I visited this location on Tuesday March 15 2022. We dined in as it was one of the few places in the area where the dining room was open. I just wanted to give kudos to a young man named Ethan who took our order. He was polite, friendly, and went above and beyond by taking our empty plates when we were done. He brought my mom a bag for leftovers and we was cleaning the dining room while there was downtime. KFC, please recognize this young man... your company should be grate
Just got back from the Fort O location.I bought a 16 piece meal they only gave me 12 the top 6 pieces were good but but the rest of the chicken they must put aside for big meals because this is the rest of the chicken so hard you can't eat it never go to this location
I just got back from there and the service was horrible. They had no spoons unexpected me to eat my mashed potatoes with a fork. My biscuit was so hard I could have broke the window. It took forever for them to come to the counter to give me a new biscuit, or tell me that they don't have any spoons. All the tables were dirty so it took a while to find somewhere to sit. Their biscuits half the size that they used to be 5 months ago. Prices are really high now. I won't go back there again.
My husband went to Fort Oglethorpe KFC drive-through late in the evening and ordered two chicken breast, they were out so he ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a pot pie and a two drumstick meal with potatoes and green beans. The chicken sandwich was hard as a rock he could not eat it. The two drumstick meal had two drumsticks that look like wings with no meat. Cold green beans and mashed potatoes.
