I pulled up at 3:30 on a Friday, ordered a Spicy Chicken combo, when I went to pay, they said they don't take phone pay. First off, they along with ownership is probably clueless that the radio's that come with CC terminal are by default turned on. We are in 2020 folks, get a clue. This is the second time I?ve been to this location and both times the food was subpar! The fries were cold, the nuggets were dry and cold, and the coke tasted like water. Also wanted to order a frosty and the machine wasn?t working. Probably won?t go hack!
I love Wendy's but this location needs help!! They mess up every order. Today I ordered Dave's double combo got back to my office something clearly NOT Dave's double, maybe a dbl cheeseburger. It was very small w/o all the fixens. Then I tried calling multiple times an it ring for awhile then you get a busy signal. Ugh!
Horrendous experience. They got my order wrong the first time. Completely forgot the spicy chicken jalapeño sandwich. I went back let them know about the mistake.. they apologized gave me a new fresh order. I just got home it?s a double cheeseburger. Lesson learned
They're Ok. Not too fast yet not too slow. One common problem they have is that they always forget something. Been there like 4 times and in those 4 visits they have missed something. Staff is nice but need to work a little better
Terrible! No Frosties. Rude service. Ordered chicken sandwhiches and there wasn?t even chicken in them just fried. Didn?t even get all our drink after having to ask for it 3 times. No one was wearing a mask in there, and if that?s a reflection of the hygiene of the store they need to be checked and probably shut down.
