Wendy's - Fort Myers

I stopped by this restaurant while passing through, but unfortunately it was crowded and it took 45 minutes to even get to the front of the line with only 3 cars ahead of me. I came during my lunch break around 3 o'clock, but had to leave because an hour was not enough time for me to purchase my food here.

It's not surprising why they are struggling. They appear to be the slowest restaurant I have ever encountered. Their lobby is closed during business hours and placing a simple order feels like a challenging task for their current staff. They have potential, but they really need to make some changes. A new team and proper management are necessary for their success.

Is the food old or something? I could grow a full beard by the time you reach the window. The wait is ridiculous.

I came here last week on Friday ordered the same thing a sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich and I got a free large iced coffee. Yesterday I came ordered the same exact thing as I ordered on Friday the total came to $7.01 and she continues to tell me that only the cappuccino it's free. Obviously she does not have cable television where she can see all the commercials on every station that every drink is free not the cappuccino so good luck with finding another customer that's gonna return because I'm not, false advertising
