I was the eighth car in line but only had to wait five minutes. That's the total time from ordering to driving away with my food in hand. This was one of the quickest experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. The food was fresh and hot, and they even remembered to include my straws and napkins. View all feedback.

When I finally tried to address the problem, I was grilled about why I didn’t just call or come back. An employee inside yelled at me, insisting that I could only request free food if I brought up the issue of the two double stacks they messed up. This is probably the worst Wendy's in the US. Not once have I been to this location with less than a 20 min wait. Anytime you order a larger burger they substitute it with a smaller one and say nothing you order a baconator you get a son of baconator,you order a double you get a single etc. My expectations for any fast food joint are low but this location consistently managesto fail to meet them.
Absolutely the worst location!!! They have a very wonderful women taking orders for the drive thru, but the manager is absolutely horrible! She has a horrible attitude and is extremely disrespectful! I am a manager myself for a 5 star ratedcompany in the area.I know being in that position you treat your employees and your customers with respect (especially when yourcustomer is not being rude or demanding anything) Aracely was the manager on duty.
First time at this location. I didn't go there late near closing. I went at dinner time. The dining room was closed, and I had to go through the drive thru. I ordered a triple with cheese with no onion and a large fry. I wasn't given my total until I gotto the window. When I tasted the fries, after paying for and receiving my order, they weren't crispy or hot. They were warm,old, and soggy. My triple with cheese was double wrapped, the meat was cold and dried out. I did get no onions on it, but itonly had a couple pickles, a lot of mayonnaise, a piece of lettuce and tomato on it. Having worked for and managed a Wendy's, Iknow that they repurposed someone elses, sandwich possibly one ordered but not picked up, or they make up lots of burgers aheadof time so that they don't have to do that much work. The people on shift there should be fired or put on different shifts andnot work together. They seemed more concerned with socializing with each other than quality or care for the customer.
I love me some Wendy's have to go to Riverdale which is out of my way off palm Beach Blvd...or I have to go on Cleveland Ave out of the way unless I'm traveling that way ...why is there no Wendy's in East Fort Myers ..,I hate they closed that one .
Look how full this small fry is! It?s beautiful. Also everyone in the drive thru was so kind and genuine, you don?t see that much in fast food. This is a great Wendy?s.
