Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Fort Myers

The lobby is clean, the restroom where I left was also clean. Ordered a Sunrise sunset and Magic Mango, along with a Thai chicken battle and avocado grilled cheese. Everything was made perfection. You have really good food and smoothies!!

I had bought a smoothie out of my car about a week ago. The smoothie was best mediocre, although it was not my usual, the thickness made it hard to drink and their were unmixed fruit pieces in smoothie. I suppose my girls had been okay since she didn't mention anything. But then I bite into my jerk chicken pack and it tastes like wax. The rice beans were uncooked and the chicken was slightly warmed up. So I return it and ask for a smoothie and get the worst smoothie ever. Here's garbage.

This place smells terrible. Old milk or yogurt. No one seems to know what's sanitary. Service is slow. My job was a queen without chicken. There was a chicken I stabbed in her and immediately felt sick. Chicken and I don't agree, it makes me super sick. We went back to correct the order and I received it. Hard cheese. The press is clearly not cleaned between the two, because there were onions on the outside of the press. Ridiculous to pay $26 for the food and drink to be garbage.

I tried the new teriyaki tropical chicken sandwich, it tasted good, light and all the ingredients were fresh. As a drink, I tried the dragon's fertilizer. It is super refreshing and has a mild sweet taste. the facility is comfortable, clean and there are rooms to work. the staff was friendly and the waiting time for the order was short.

They were very gracious and provided around 50 subs for the Otterbein University baseball team and myself and they did not disappoint. I would go back anytime. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Tropical Café. The smoothies were also very, very good.
