Sweet Bean Cafe - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Sweet Bean Cafe:
Lovely place inside. Service was very poor. Had never been there before and was not told how to get coffee, just handed empty cups.(You have to get up and serve yourself we learned) Myself and 2 friends came for brunch. Food was mediocre. Our server never even checked if we needed anything or how our meal was. We left a tip but it really wasn't warranted. View all feedback. What User likes about Sweet Bean Cafe:
this place is so cool! the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. the staff is friendly and helpful. the place is beautiful! this is not your dad's diner! it has beautiful sitting to the breakfast and lunch, but even more, it has wooden floors, leather couches and upbeat music.
