My staff just left a meeting to eat lunch. Skillets was the next restaurant, so we decided to go there. That was our first time to let you eat there You tell me the food was delicious! Perfect big portions? The staff was also excellent. Spoke with the General Manager there about possibly a future meeting there was also very helpful. Recommend this place to all!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could View all feedback.

Very disappointed in the food. Absolutely no flavor at all... the preparation and presentation both were very good... the service even better, our waitress was excellent! But the food left alot to be desired... this place cane highly recommended... It did not live up to the high marks it has received ? View all feedback.
My coworkers ordered the smashed avocado toast and hashbrowns, which they felt were just "okay." I opted for a waffle, eggs, and smoked salmon. Unfortunately, the salmon looked unappealing and was excessively salty. It was the only meat I could eat, so that choice was on me. The waffle appeared nice but had a sour taste; I couldn't finish it after a few bites. I usually take responsibility for my menu choices, but this waffle tasted like it had spoiled ingredients—possibly the milk or butter. If our server had checked on us, I would have requested a different waffle or asked to substitute it for a pancake. However, by the time she came to our table, my coworkers had already finished their meals, and we needed to return to work. When I finally showed the server my plate and expressed my dissatisfaction, she removed the waffle from the bill but left the eggs and salmon, then abruptly stopped trying to engage with us. The lady at the front desk was friendly, and when a coworker brought up the dirty table, lack of attention, and unpleasant food, she offered to comp my meal, which is why I'm giving the restaurant three stars instead of a lower rating. Having worked in customer service for a long time, I understand that servers are underpaid for what they deal with. However, since I wasn’t given the chance to resolve the issue with my food, the only thing I could do was ask not to be charged for the waffle.
My co-workers and I had just finished a meeting and decided to grab some lunch. Skillets was the closest restaurant, so we chose to eat there. It was our first time dining at this establishment, and I must say, the food was fantastic! The portions were generous, and everything tasted great. The staff was also amazing—very kind and attentive. I even spoke with the General Manager about the possibility of holding a future meeting there, and she was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

One of my favorite breakfast spots in Estero! The service is consistently excellent, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend everyone to give them a try! - Matthew Harrington, Southwest Florida Luxury Realtor, Domain Realty.
This was a place I?ve been wanting to try for over a year, unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The server Alexa was amazing, absolutely no complaints there. When we told her the food wasn?t good, she immediately offered to remove itfrom our bill. We declined that, because being honest about the quality of our meals, wasn?t about getting it for free. Thepotatoes in the skillet were tasteless and not freshly shredded, tasted frozen. The eggs were medium to small sized anddisappointing. The biscuits and gravy tasted processed and not freshly made. The toast was mediocre: served with a singleslice of toast, sliced in half. The fruit was very fresh, but only came with about 3-4 pieces. There is nothing here that isreally less than $12 and for the expense the ingredients should have at least been fresh. With tip it cost us $40 and wecould?ve gotten better quality at McDonald?s. Very disappointing given the expense.
