Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I visited Red Robin for the first time and absolutely loved it! We decided to go with the classic cheeseburger, and it was fantastic. From the very first bite, the juiciness of the burger stood out, and honestly, it didn't even need any extra sauce. My daughter tried the Chicken Crisp Sandwich, which was incredible—far superior to other major fast food chicken sandwiches; I'd rate it an 11 out of 10! Our waitress, Josh, was incredibly kind and attentive to detail. When we mentioned it was our first visit, he welcomed us with a basket of fries and their signature sauces, which was a lovely touch. We truly appreciated his service and can’t wait to come back to try more dishes next time!

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the restaurant was well-organized. I don't want to sound overly critical, but the food was just okay. The steak fries were on the salty side, the burgers were a bit dry, and the drinks were quite strong—which I actually appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed my experience there.

When the bill arrived, there was no adjustment for their mistake, and that was disappointing. What if I had been allergic to mayo? I plan to return and will provide another review after my next visit.

The food quality was good, as you would expect from a chain restaurant. The staff was friendly, although the service was somewhat slow.
