Pollo Tropical - Fort Myers

By far the worst pollen-Tropisch-I?ve ever been. I ordered this steak bowl, but where are the beans? You never have Zilantro garlic sauce. Onions are brown and soggy. Has tried to complain and no one never takes the phone off. You have to wait forever and then go home and you? I miss food. Don't Pls here. Food and customer service is terrible. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Went online and a complaint to companies and of course no answer.

UPDATE: TRIED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER SHOT......UGHHHHH They couldnt even create the food I ordered from the new menu item. No one speaks English so how the heck do they read what to make? Its filthy and cluttered. Never, ever again. Menu's changed, dirty, long lines, and over cooked chicken. The flavor is as gone as my business!

I gave it 2 stars because technically it qualifies as food, but barely... I ordered the grilled chicken avocado salad, first off... It did not have ANY avocado on it at all... Just mushy, low grade, guacamole that was turning brown already. The whole thing tastes disgusting and it 's filled with bottom of the barrel lettuce that you would never put on your own salad if you made one for yourself, it was literally all of the white ends, hardly any actual green at all, the sauce is disgusting, I don 't know what to even call it other than that, and how do you mess up lemonade? Bitter and nasty. I thought about calling to complain but for what? So they can give me avocado to put on my disgusting salad? Nah...I 'm good. I just want people that actually have functional taste buds to be aware of what they will get if they eat here.

Dine in closed, just drive through, line was so long and 5 employees were outside smoking and talking, why they will go and take their tablets and help to move more faster drive through. I think if you closed part of your restaurant be prepared to do more efficiently your service.

I have visited this restaurant twice in the past few years and both times have been disappointing. They no longer serve their spicy pollo pollo and some other sauces. Despite giving them another chance to see if things had improved, they have not. I cannot trust them until there are some changes made. It is a shame because the concept is good, but the execution falls short. Hopefully they can make some changes in leadership and turn this restaurant around. It is not the fault of the staff, but the restaurant itself.
