Pizza Hut. - Fort Myers

They took my order, credit card and confirmed order to be delivered in 30min but one hours later they closed and no delivery of my order. Shameful action. Left hungry late night after long travel with kids with me.

We haven't had Pizza Hut in years because they don't deliver to us even though they deliver to the road right before us. So last night we're decided to make an online order and go pick it up. Got to the window and had to ring a bell for service to pick up my order. The lady was rude and was trying to get my to add a tip, for what handing me my pizza out a window, lol. They have a rating of 96 and I understand why. The stuffed crust pizza was cold and nasty. The boneless wings weren't even sauced, we had to do that. The cheesesticks where also cold and hard. We won't be back and if anyone ask I'll tell time to look for a different pizza place. Pizza Hut is definitely not what it was when I was kid in the 80's, that's what I ate every Friday night.

I'm done!!!!! I got home with my pasta and cheese bread. The pasta was dry and the cheese bread had no cheese. It looked like it was left out for some time. Dry and hard . This is the second time. My fault I decided to give it another try. It's really a shame because I used to get this dinner often. It was great. Don't know what happened but I won't be back.

Extremely slow service! When my family arrived it took a long time to get anyone's attention. Once seated it took even longer before menus and silverware were brought to the table. After ordering we waited 30 minutes for food. Once we finally received our food, the waitress was inattentive at best. We sat with empty drinks, while I could see her chatting in the kitchen. Upon finishing our meal we waited a long time, and she never returned. I finally got fed-up waiting and went to the counter to ask for my check. The frustrating part for me is she was not hurried or even apologetic for the long wait times. At one point a gentleman walked in for a pick-up order and could not find anyone. After almost walking into the kitchen someone finally came out. Additionally, there was a table to the dining room that was full of dirty dishes our whole visit. There was no attempt made to clean it. There was not even a light bulb in the fixture above our table, and dont even get me started on the paper towel used to level the table. My family's whole visit was completely unacceptable!
