Pizza Hut - Fort Myers

Nothing like ordering pizza after a long day, only to find out when you get home it's covered in black olives. So gross. Thanks pizza hut. That's not what I asked for when I ordered, but ok ?‍?

Placed an order well before closing time, they call me just to tell me they dont have a driver and they'll be canceling my order, I highly doubt they dont have a driver scheduled 2 hours before closing, just a bunch of lazy people who dont want to work, do yourself a favor and just order from papa John's or dominos, I usually don't order from pizza hut because it's always a bad experience like this one, of course the first time I decide the give them a chance and they immediately remind me why I dont order from them, get it together pizza hut

Well, my wife just came home from being in the hospital for 5 months after contracting COVID. There were many days when the doctors were telling me that she was not ever going to come home. She made it through by the grace of God! And the very first thing that she wanted me to order for her to eat was a slice of her favorite deep dish Pizza Hut Pizza! The pizza arrived earlier than expected, it was beautifully made, perfectly cooked, and still nice and hot! On top of that, the driver that brought my order even remembered my dogs from the last time I had ordered many months ago when my wife was home. I felt as though one of our neighbors had just brought us a meal for dinner. The whole experience was very comforting, and it made my wife happy, which right now means everything to me! Thank you for ALWAYS providing my household with prompt, friendly, courteous, and quality service, and products! It is always my pleasure to order from you!

News Years Eve and the pizza arrived in 30 minutes!!! And it was great!

So few options to choose from. Costs going up, reward costs going up, pizza toppings going down. Everything going in the wrong direction. They are now close to locally owned pizza joints in terms of costs with far fewer options.
