carlos offers exceptional service. the ordered fajitas and the food were very good. had a challenge to find the restaurant, waze us on the other side of the edison mall. parking lights were not around 18 clock and was not a comfortable environment. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Monarcas Authentic Mexican Cuisine Grill:
There's potential, but many problems. The handmade guacamole dip was delicious, but the chips were dull and in stingy proportions. The vegetarian burrito was essentially onions and peppers, mostly the former, missing beans and rice and sauce. When we pointed out errors to our server, he tried to blame us for supposedly not reading the menu rather than address our concerns. I cannot recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.
All three of us thought the food was bland. The salsa was very mild, the Chile regional was very mild. Would have liked some more kick. The food was ok though and the service was good.

Good food , good drinks, at first the service was not what I was expecting, but after letting the server knew my expectations, the service got a lot better. Beautiful place. Will go back again.

Great restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The food was decent, but the service could use some improvement.
