Mcdonald's - Fort Myers

I had ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup, but when I received it, it only had ketchup and no patty or cheese. I was told I could get another one when I returned. However, upon coming back, the machine was broken, there were no straws or sauce available. I was disappointed with the service and will not be returning.

Upon arrival, there were two separate lines for payment and food pickup, both of which moved quickly. The staff was very courteous and the process was efficient.

We arrived at the restaurant at 10:15 a.m. and noticed that there were customers inside. However, when we entered, we were informed that they were not taking any more orders. I observed a few customers leaving without receiving their orders, so I questioned why they couldn't take mine. The manager, who seemed to be overly authoritative, mentioned that they were waiting for those customers' orders, even though the register showed otherwise. As we were about to leave, a person named Brandon opened the door for us. I warned him that if he, a hungry young man, suggested that we eat elsewhere by opening the door again, he wouldn't receive my order. I found the behavior of the staff to be unprofessional and disrespectful, and as someone who has worked in the service industry for my entire life, I have never been spoken to in such a manner nor will I tolerate it. I will be contacting the higher authorities at the restaurant to address this issue.

It was like the films, I was surrounded by customers who consume big macs. it was amazing to see how much a person could eat in so short time, I'm pretty fat, but omg I didn't get a chance to finish my mcchiks. a family near was quite loud, they talked about how the prices rose. I have no idea what they were talking about, but the happy food was only overwhelming because I have a f*male toy. but I had a great time in America. I'm sorry for bad english

I ordered a quarter pounder meal. It was fresh and hot. However, I ordered and on the receipt it said extra ketchup and extra onions. There was extra ketchup but not only no extra onions there were no onions at all. I was in my way to visit my grandfather in the hospital so I couldn't go back. Double check your order before you leave.
