Island Pancake House - Fort Myers

This is my favorite breakfast spot on the island! The service is always fantastic and the chocolate chip pancakes are absolutely amazing.

Great discovery to the breakfast. recently reopened with a simple but complete breakfast menu. ask for specificity for the day. I had the mess that sink, sausage, speck, hash brown and cheese mixed with eggs. also had a take-out arrangement of chocolate chip pancakes, which were also enjoyed.

I stopped by this restaurant on my way back from a one-night stay at Ft. Myers Beach. The Eggs Benedict was delicious, and I really enjoyed the Blueberry compote on pancakes. The service was quick and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely return for breakfast. The only downside is that the bathroom facilities in the small, slightly quirky shopping center are shared with other patrons, so you have to leave the restaurant to use them (although they were clean).

This restaurant is fantastic! As someone in my forties, I was reminded of a nostalgic feeling similar to the Mel's Diner TV show from my childhood. Both the food and service were excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. In case you forget cash, there is a bank nearby with an ATM. My kids loved the pancakes, and my meal was also delicious. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Was a very comfortable place to eat, friendly atmosphere and the food was great. I had a mimosa and French toast was fresh made. Mimosa was good too. So I'd recommend a visit to this little hole in the wall.
