Inaccurate orders, half-made sandwiches, all items not sent out with delivery driver. Definitely don't do delivery, and double check your whole order. Staff is friendly but incompetent. Manager Tori is rude, speaks over you, takes no responsibility.Owner should get someone less entitled.

Steve Martin have you seen the movie If I could leave a zero star review I would. After a category for a hurricane, they're soft drink machine wasn't working. So in time of need they raise the price of a can of soda by $2.08 at Publix a 12 pack right nowcost $7.30/ 12 that is 61 cents per soda they're charging $2.69 per soda making $2.08 it is highway robbery I don't recommendcoming here also the bread is very stale. Horrible customer service they were unwilling to work with me at all.

Firehouse Subs......you weren 't on your A-game today! So sad! I walked over to the take out shelf but my order wasn 't there yet and it was a larger order so I thought maybe it was being worked on yet so I waited. No one checked in with me, others werewaiting as well......25 minutes later someone finally asked my name and the order had been sitting there WAY up at the other endbehind the counter all that time! WHAT?!!! UGH! No one thought to call out my name because it was still sitting thereunclaimed? Next time I 'll be more in your face for my order instead of waiting for it to magically appear on the shelf whereit usually is.
