Culver's - Fort Myers

Extremely busy on Friday afternoon. 20 min wait at 1 pm. The crew was obviously short handed but doing a great job of getting the orders out. Butter burger and fries were standard Culver's. (Pretty good)

Very nice friendly team clean operation. Burgers and Pommes were hot and fresh. My 3 pieces fish basket with frits and onion rings had good sizes. While you say the fish portions are a quality product, this time sees that for whatever reason the fish was frozen before cooking and the end product came with a brown bread, with lots of cooking oil extraction between bread and fish....not good at all. It's not common, I've never been so served. Kitchen team should be trained to detect this target product irregularities so that it does not reach the customer. Same problem with onion rings... they were glued together and brownish color, same display of product treatment temperature abuse problems. Will I come back?... Of course, yes, this place is really good and probably doesn't have to experience it again. May my review the eye of the GM in this place and improvement can be made.

Eating is always amazing, service is always amazing, and the spicy chicken sandwich is one of my favorites. I never had a bad experience with any Culver. I enjoy watching the fish in the fish tank every time I have eaten inside, so I am happy to be able to immerse.

Everything was good to stop except fish and chicken in the same frits. The chicken tastes like fish. Come on. Use a frit for chicken and one for fish. I'm sure that's how managers want it, but it seems that the workers do what they want if they aren't constantly about something as small as that which is healthy.

Nice clean restaurant. Friendly staff and good service. The food was good and served within a reasonable time.
