I've come to burgerfi for the past few times and I've noticed they have splendid fries. They're not too salty, not too crunchy, and not too soggy in the inside either. I can eat these fries the next day and they still taste good and that amazed me because not many fastfood companies fries still taste good the next day. Jack is an excellent manager who goes out of his way to make things right for the customer. I appreciated that about this store. My issue is with the quality control of the food. The fries are greasy, overcooked and burnt looking. The onion rings are wonderful when cooked right. The burgers although tasty to a degree are overly salted which ruins the whole experience. Stopped for lunch after an early morning flight. Excellent service and food. Fun seasonal shakes (should’ve taken a photo)! Only downside to our experience was a not so clean bathroom.
Monique was very helpful and service was great. Wings are fantastic and the buffalo is hot! Large fresh chicken and would recommend
BurgerFi was such nice atmosphere polite place enjoy good burger n shake I had the ultimate bacon burger w/ side of onion rings and cookie cream shake might I say it was all hot fresh n delicious and my server was so attentive n kind I really liked her services she was awesome her name was Monique.
I absolutely loved the hospitality,shout out to crista for being an amazing server the whole time I was in the establishment she was running around with both her hands full and still had a smile on her face.The atmosphere was awesome. Will definitely be coming back again soon.
Great food and service! Always friendly. Plus they use canola oil and allergy friendly.
