Buffet City - Fort Myers

There were worms in the fish and made me sick pulling it out of my teeth. We told our waitress and the manager went to get more fish and came back saying it's in all of it and was not worried, after that I couldn't eat. The waitress tried to make it right but the owner wouldn't. So be my one and only time going their.

The pictures in the gallery are wrong. Oysters were taken off the dinner menu without a reduction in pricing. Staff says many customers have complained and can't explain why they were dropped.

There are very crowded rooms and the food was very delicious. I eat a lotFood: 5/5

Absolutely love their food! Always excellent! fresh! Love their Cajun Crawfish boil, to be honest..... everything else!

We used to LOVE this place but our last visit was disappointing. I used to love how clean the establishment was and how fresh/hot the food seemed. We hadn't been in a while due to post hurricane/inflation circumstances and having to cut back on eating out so we were excited to go (even at the higher price than I recall) but very quickly saw that it wasn't what we remembered. There were numerous cleaning buckets/mops just stored (in groups) right by walk ways, the staff drink stations that are fully visible to dining quests were a mess, I saw a staff member (who was just standing around) kick food under a table instead of picking it up, etc. The food was not the quality that it used to be. Even my regular go-tos that I always get here were either poor quality and/or completely tasteless. I doubt anyone expects exquisite cuisine from an asian buffet but this one used to be great yet now I dont know if we'll be back.
