I was looking for some place different being from Michigan. Found this place and it was great! Decor is a little weird. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day! But the service and food was really great! For the quality this place is a great valuenot over priced at all. Started with a great happy hour and ended with great seafood! Chilian Sea bass was amazing as was the spinach salad. Seafood Wellington was also good! O... View all feedback.
Well, I was looking for a reasonable turkey day buffet. For 27 bucks this fit the bill. I arrived on time just after 11 am. There seemed to be a bit of confusion. I had 3 servers walk by and tell me the greeter will be here shortly. After 5 minute she arrived and I was seated. My server was prompted as nice. Onto the food. Typical fare. The ham was great a bit sweet moist not salty ;turkey very good. I had some deviled eggs a bit too much garlic even for me. The dressing was waaaayyy too wet and not much flavor. Gravy good. I suspect from a can . Mash potatoes too mushy same with sweet potatoes. Typical SWFL very plain not spicy... That had lasagne's( its a Italian eatery It was way tooo wet too much fennel. Stouffer does a better job. Lots of different dessert all appeared industrial bought. They did not hide the aluminum pie for pumpkin. no pecan or sweet potatoes pie. Cookies and such. Bread was very good though butter was much soft.. This make 4 out of 5 bars the staff did not know a Brandy separator. Over all just OK. I think Boston market which is next door would have been a better choice. But this is just my opinion.

I had heard about this restaurant from the concierge at the hotel we stayed at. They said its a bit of a drive from Sanibel, but weel worth the drive for the ambiance food accompanied by live music while dining.I had the Scallops Alforno which were huge and prepared to perfection. The lobster sauce was very rich and extremely tastey. My husband had the Filet Napoleaon which was a unique combination of crab spinach and filet with a cheese sauce. It was very pretty stacked about 7 inches high. Anyway, we had a very delightful experience and would highly reccomend this place to friends. A great place to visit while on vacation. Much better than just eating out. Dancing too.
I can cook a good steak and Brattas can cook a steak I think better than I can wow! I will be back to try other dishes. If a restaurant can cook a good steak then everything else must be very good.
The facility has definitely been spruced up, the service was impeccable but the food sort of disappointing. For an upscale restaurant, the food just didn 't measure up was what I would call ordinary . However, the wine prices are certainly more reasonable than the prior owners. Live music in the evenings, very nice. I would encourage anyone to give it a try just don 't have your expectations too high maybe that 's where I made my mistake!
