The girl at the reception was exceptional. She was pleasant and nice and funny. She went out of her way to get my order, even if it was so close to the closing time. But at the end, when the lights turned out at exactly 7:00, the rage came out and there were 3 customers standing in the line. He cried them to STOP serving customers! You? Like they were in the line before the lights were out? Then he came aggressively... View all feedback.
What Adriel Johns doesn't like about Auntie Anne's:
I thought there was a quick snack running the mall and was so unimpressed. I've been working fast food jobs, I know it gets stressful, I know that every bad day has, but the woman who leads the register was so rude. I think her name was bel, my order was screwed and she rolled her eyes on me and ignored Me when I spoke to her. A very nice gentleman came in, pretty sure he was the manager. He's the only reason I'm goi... View all feedback.
Awful. Paid 5.00 for a nasty cinnamon bun. Disgusting. You over do it with the sugar and the cinnamon. The bun was soggy and wet. Not warm enough either. My stomach is instantly hurting. My friend got the ?center of the roll? and threw up. On top of that, the server was rude and rushing us. I will never come back to this place.
The food was delicious. I was a bit distracted because I was meeting some friends, so I forgot to order a drink. The young man at the register was nice and polite. He gave me the option of waiting for the sugar pretzel that my daughter wanted but they weren't ready. I think that was a nice touch but he forgot offer me some drinks. I moved to the to wait for the sugared pretzel to make it easier for him to take care of next customer. I let the girl helping him that I'll be waiting right there. She was rude and acted like i was bothering her. He gave the sugar pretzel to the next customer even knowing I was there waiting for it. When I told her I'm still waiting for mine she rolled her eyes and gave me the next one. She shouldn't be working there. I'm sure the guy can do a better job without her there or with a different girl. I don't know if you can see in the photo clearly the girl cause she hided behinds the display when saw me taking the photo.
The employees were rude gave bad service. As I was grabbing my items off the counter they were yelling over me to the customers behind me. Really? You can't give me one second to grab my things move. I ordered a sour cream onion pretzel. When I got it, it was basically a plain pretzel. When I asked if they could put a little more powder, they purposely drowned it. When she apologized she sounded sarcastic didn't even look at me.
For AuntAnne it doesn't matter, usually you find something overpriced. But one of the employees whose name was Chris made my journey worth it! He is incredibly positive and has a good sense of urgency. If you discuss whether you stop at AuntieAnne's or not, and you see that Chris works, it would be worth stopping just to make your day a little better.
I have the cinnamon pretzel. There were about 1/3 full of sugar and very small amount of bites for a big size. The staff was very rude.
