What User doesn't like about South Beach Grille:
I am writing this review to save others a trip. The good: apps, soup, salad, drinks, bread and crab legs. The bad: remaining entrees were terrible, including sides and dessert. The bad meals we had were sirloin, scallops, swordfish with lobster ravioli. None were good. Just don’t bother. Didn’t get pics of the apps which were the only good part of our meals. I enjoyed delicious escargot and Danish baby ribs, paired with a fantastic old-fashioned made with top-notch bourbon. My son absolutely loved the tuna chop with Mosquito sauce. While the service wasn’t perfect, it was decent. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for its excellent food.
The Blue Cheese Salad was outstanding, akin to bread and butter! Our server was incredibly attentive. The surf and turf was delightful, featuring snapper accompanied by shrimp and scallops, paired with shrimp risotto. To top off the evening, our server surprised us with a lovely anniversary dessert. Overall, we had a fantastic experience!
The food was fantastic! I dined there the other night, and the grouper was outstanding. The drinks were also just right. I give it a 5-star rating for both the service and the food. This place is a must-visit if you're in Fort Myers Beach!
Our experience was amazing. The service was top notch and the food was great. My steak was cooked to perfection (medium) and my friend enjoyed his ribs. The additional surprise was that the host remembered I made the reservation for my friends' birthday and surprised us with a wonderful key limecake dessert. Would highly recommend this place and we will come back next year.
Love, love, love this place! Biggest and best Oysters Rockefeller I’ve ever had! Awesome staff and menu!
