Smash burger was not a smash burger at all, just the same as any sonic burger but cost way more. Not pleased with this visit at all

My experience with Sonic was not a very good one from the start we had trouble with the ordering I wanted a cherry limeade the sent out the drink with lemons ordinarily you know no big deal it 's a mistake but when I mentioned it to the carrier why didn 't you order that way I had asked them aren 't you the one who takes the order they say no I just carry it,i simply replied it 's rude to assume that I ordered wrong. The look I got man daggers right at me, I 'm just saying it looks could kill

Speakers don't work, card readers don't work. My order is always wrong. Feel sorry for the car hops who deal with everyone

I RARELY give anything BUT a 5 star review except now! I was looking forward to the new Smashburger I’m not sure whether it was made in correctly, if they ran out of beef or if they were trying to pass off a regular hamburger, but this was not a Smashburger. I didn’t realize it until I got home. The Patty is a normal Patty. Just a regular burger with sauce. I will stick with the double bacon next time and get a Smashburger somewhere else. $13 for a regular double cheeseburger is a huge disappointment.

I’ve lived here almost my entire life, and without a doubt, this is the WORST sonic I have ever been to. I have traveled across the country and have tried multiple sonic’s, and I can still confidently say, this one is the worst. The food is always terrible, the stalls have been broken for so long, food takes forever to come out. I am Taught not to judge, but this place reeks, one of the workers handed me my food and the smell was disgusting and seemed unsanitary. All around, TERRIBLE! This town needs to do the city a favor and close down this gross place already.
