Mcdonald's - Fort Montgomery

I was given my food and asked to pull over and wait for my orange juice, but they never brought it out to me. I eventually had to go inside to get it myself. This place is a joke—I've had bad experiences every time I visit! Just like I stopped going to the Burger King in Highland because of their service, I'm ready to do the same with McDonald's!

The prices at McDonald's are higher than ever, and while the employees are earning more than before, the quality of service has declined significantly. I'm frequently asked to wait in a designated spot for my food, only to receive the wrong order or have my items missing entirely. One time, I was asked to pull up for a McFlurry that was still in progress, but they ended up bringing me a Happy Meal instead. If employee pay were based on performance, customers would likely end up getting paid for the inconvenience.

When we entered this wonderful restaurant, the smell took us back to our childhood. The staff, even after hours, were not just friendly—they were absolutely amazing. As my friend was placing her order, they prepared the food right in front of us and handed it to her before she even paid. And this wasn't just any ordinary order; it was a 10-piece nugget and an Oreo McFlurry with extra Oreos! I wholeheartedly recommend this place—5 out of 5 stars!

Walked in the empty lobby, no one is standing at the register. After 5 mins a employee comes up to order their food for their meal break. Doesnt acknowledge me. A door dash pick up person comes in and she?s standing theres with me looking puzzled too.Minutes go by the employee gets their food and im left still stand there while other employees behind the counter walk aroundand talk amongst themselves. So I friendly walk out and go to the drive-through and order my food and when I get my food, it iscold very mediocre.

Horrible experience as a customer. I repeated my order twice to them fully an clearly an repeated again to where they told me they heard me then made me sit for 5 mins to yet get my order an it's exactly what I said not to do. At that point I don't wantthe food an I returned it without getting anything in return I was disgusted
