What Ava Adore doesn't like about Starbucks:
Their employee, Annalisa, was unbelievably stuck up, honorary and rude- all behavior unsolicited. Her demeanor is a perfect example of the entitled generation manufactured to be real quick to dish it while somehow being unable to fathom someone reciprocating in reaction. Rude rude employee! Took a really really long time to get through the drive through. Then there was no espresso in my brown sugar oat espresso drink. Bummed.Parking: Awkward parking lot. Should be more open than closed in.
The Starbucks in Bull Head City, Az could use some housekeeping in the bathroom.
I've lived here for a few years now and the staff now is probably the best it's ever been. I used to get wrong drinks all the time AND whole milk instead of what I usually ordered. I would get very sick with dairy since I cannot have dairy, so I'm happy that the staff now is more attentive to those small, yet important details. I love going thru the drive-thru and seeing Kendall, Analysa and Sarah in particular. They are so nice, friendly and always smiling. Thank you.
