Salads were fine California roll and shrimp tempura were dry and looked like left overs not fresh at all tasted horrible. threw it all out didn't want to take chance of getting sick.Wasted 30.00 on take out dinner.Spoke to manager very nice offered to redo orderbut no refund so we passed. Will not order again

The waitress took my order and said she specified which vegetables I wanted. Order came out and nothing was changed. I didn't say anything till paying. I asked her what order she placed. She had never placed the change! She didn't know why! STRANGE!Food: 5/5

Our family member goes often for their Sesame chicken. When ordering hot tea, they bring out a tea pot! Everyone in our 4 party group really enjoyed our food. Our food took awhile due to the dinner rush and lack of communication between staff. However, the food was fresh and hot. The dinner servings were very generous. Restaurant does get noisy during dinner rush. The menu is very diverse and there are many options. I’m looking forward to visiting this family member again to enjoy the food.

Sat at at table by bar. Listening to off duty employee ordering drinks for himself trying various drinks. He and our waitress discussing various drinks. Other employee s having open conversations. Manager apparently ok with all this. He says how he has a buzz going. Meanwhile we get no service. Apparently employee satisfaction over customer!!! We never got to order

Food was okay, nothing really special.Waitress very good though.It was my oldest daughters Birthday, so getting extra sauce for her easy enough.Daughter did mention though, shrimp she got had not been deveined, which she said was the usual practice at every Red Bowl she has visited, hence me marking my food rating to a three star rating.
