Mama's Pizza Pasta Of Sc Corp

Been going to Mama?s for over a year and the last two times we have ordered take out the pizza is meh. The sauce is bland and the pie is under cooked. I am not sure if this place has changed owners or skimping on the ingredients but they need to go back to their old recipes for their sauce and cook their pies a tad longer. The knots are NEVER warm always room temp but they give you hot marina sauce for them odd? I?ll give them one more chance before I start using Lorenzo?s or Empire! At $22 for a pie and a dozen knots I expect better!

I? ve bought pizza at Mama for a while and only have time to do this review. Yes Mama?s has very good pizza, meat lover Calzone! I always buy the lasagna, they're so hard to find in Charlotte! I have to go to Indian land. Good work Mama? I will add them next time?!

Mama's pizza has a great Italian food. Our family of 6 ordered different dishes and all were better than expected. The pasta was perfect and the creamy sauces were delicious. Our server was very attentive to our needs and helpful in choosing the right meals for all of us. They won't be disappointed.

I've been to Mama's a total of 3 4 times. The first time I went I ordered their Alfredo it was absolutely delicious as well as the 2nd time. However, last night the Alfredo had zero flavor had to doctor it up with Parmesan and garlic powder which made my stomach hurt. My mom got a big platter that looked really delicious as well but again had ZERO flavor. The sauce had a weird sweet almost tin taste to it. I also asked for extra garlic knots never got them server was too busy. Got a slice of pizza as an appetizer (she said the slices were big) it was very small and tasted old. I only gave two stars because the server was nice and she was trying. I probably won't be back unless changes are made. Also the inside is very dark old looking. The decor is outdated needs to be brightened up a bit looks awful!

I was surprised how good this slice of pizza always considering some of the bad reviews. The sauce had some taste (tangy sweet with some spices) really made this pizza. The crust had a bit of crisp but a tad airy and the cheese was good. With another few minutes in the over this could have need 5 stars. I will definitely be back.
