Customer service is quite bad. I had to call about 10 times before anyone picked up the phone. I asked to speak to someone regarding gift cards since the girl on the phone could not answer my question. The other employee would not come to the phoneand would just convey messages to the poor girl who now became the messenger. It was very frustrating. After several failedattempts to get my questions answered, he finally came to the phone. Apparently they are changing gift card vendors during thebusiest gift card time of the year and did not know when they will be back in stock. Both of the individuals that I spoke tosounded very young, like 16 years old. Overall, very poor customer service.
Great place to go for a variety of fresh bread and dessert bread. The people who work here are very nice.
Outstanding bread!!! You will be hard pressed to find quality this high. I'm a big complainer about low quality so I'm really happy I was told about this place. Great stuff!
I love their pumpkin chocolate chip bread !
My curiosity and for the love of bread ???? ????..got me here...and it was worth it, a variety of bakery items such as bread, sweets, coffee, cookies,honey,etc, freshly baked and delicious, prices are reasonable for the quality of the products andcustomer service was nice and knowledgeable.

Amazing place Nd delicious bread and treats
I had an amazing experience at Breadsmith. It’s rare to find a bakery so genuinely committed to quality. Everything I tried—the bread, muffins, cookies, and especially the bread pie—was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. The chocolate chip scone and apple bread pie stood out with their fresh-baked flavor. The prices are fair, and the staff are friendly and attentive, making the visit even better. They even allow you to sample items if you’re undecided. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place!
I received a loaf of their apple pie bread as a gift, and it was truly delicious! The bread’s texture was perfect—balanced sweetness with rich apple and cinnamon flavors. I'm excited to try more of their offerings and would definitely recommend this bakery!
