The urinal has been out of order for 3... read more I have never eaten here (and most likely wont), but I frequently use the restroom here. The men's restroom is atrocious. The urinal has been out of order for 3 weeks and the sink is brown.There is brown residue on the floor sometimes and who knows whatthat is. This is a public health nightmare and I can only imagine what lies behind those food counters. Be safe yall.

Lied about it being fresh, waited 20 minutes, handed a kids(definitely ordered and paid for a large)had an attitudewhen I asked for a refund, waited another 15 minutes for a manager to reimburse me.(Lied again because he was the manager)thenhe handed me back the wrong amount of money smh!! Never again

Young guy at the window wasn't friendly, pants saggy and gave me the wrong food. Bojangles care less who they hire. Most companies have a dress code.

They always forget something when I order, so I have to check bag before leaving. After letting them know they forgot something their attitude/customer service is terrible. They couldn't care less and are annoyed with you.
