The employees are nice and friendly...Our problem is the men's bathroom is nasty making the food hard to swallow. We usually go thru the window; however, the last two visits, a week apart the bathroom is still in bad shape. Clean bathrooms make for a much better dining experience ?

I will not be coming unless she is there. She makes sure my order is how I like it. We like our food dropped fresh. The cook Chris in the kitchen huffs and complains as well as other cooks when we ask for our food dropped fresh. The lady on the other side making the food had to tell Chris just drop the food hush they want it fresh. It's your job. Guests should not hear you all the way from the kitchen. It's unprofessional. But if it wasn't for her I would not be returning.

The urinal has been out of order for 3 weeks and the sink is brown.There is brown residue on the floor sometimes and who knows whatthat is. This is a public health nightmare and I can only imagine what lies behind those food counters. Be safe yall.

Lied about it being fresh, waited 20 minutes, handed a kids(definitely ordered and paid for a large)had an attitudewhen I asked for a refund, waited another 15 minutes for a manager to reimburse me.(Lied again because he was the manager)thenhe handed me back the wrong amount of money smh!! Never again

Young guy at the window wasn't friendly, pants saggy and gave me the wrong food. Bojangles care less who they hire. Most companies have a dress code.
