Very Disappointed with FOH, the last few times that I have visited has been super poor in terms of feeling welcome or taken care of. In addition to FOH being super uninterested we found a foreign object in one of our specialty rolls, when brought to their attention our server snatched the napkin with the foreign object and took it to the back to what I assume to discard it. When we asked if we could receive a discount on it as it’s not something you want to find in your food she replied with “manager is on vacation for 2 months” and that she does not have the code for a discount.Please save yourself the trouble of eating here and just go to Spring Moon. ? This lady at the front is so rude and should not be in customer service.Best of luck to them, and YOU if you choose to dine here.

Pulled a piece of hard plastic out of my mouth after eating a piece of my rainbow roll. I asked for some sort of discount after showing the server what I found. She couldn 't because the manager was on a 2 month vacation and they had the code for discounts. After insisting, her visible eye roll made it clear I wasn 't getting anything from her.

I love this place! My first experience eating here was back in 2021. Each time I am in Fort McMurray for work, I treat myself( at least once). Service is always great.

Best sushi place in fort Mac. The sushi here is reasonably priced, fresh, and mouth watering delicious. The staff are always friendly and service is always prompt. It's absolutely a must visit restaurant in Fort McMurray.
