Cosmos Pizza - Fort McMurray

Previously to love this place and was always my way when I wanted a donair, but after our last night experience it will take a while before we go back there. the young man who works last night was rude and unfriendly. I have a donair and my bf has a few slices of pizza we waited for when the pizza was not ready yet. when we finally came home to eat my donair, the meat was old and cold, hardly seeing a sweet sauce and literally throwing the pizza slices of my bf on the other, so that the cheese stuck on the lower side of the other slices. not sure what happened to this place, but not the place where I spoke to people.

I waited to write this..we have ordered times in the last months. either by picking up or by skip. we order the same each time. two donairs. sad each time they are filled with hard old meat, hardly a sosty and always cold. I have asked several times that eating is heated up and it is always cold. tonight we ordered through the jump and I said no outer meat and please donairs have warm to cosmos and both came cold and you had all the older meats. also no sweet sauce. will not be ordered from there....sadly

Love these youngs. They are ingenious to work with .. eating is phenomenal. they have already saved my number and know what I need without even telling them when I call. good job boy!

I'll never go there for as long as I live.. messed up the order. Not a fan of half burnt pizza..

I've been waiting to write this..we ordered six times in the last 1.5 months. Either by picking up or by skip. We order the same every time. Two Donairs.... sad every time they are filled with hard old meat, hardly a sauce and always cold. I have asked several times to heat up the food and it is always cold. Tonight we ordered through the jump and I said no outer flesh and please have Donairs warm to cosmos and both came cold.... and one had all the older flesh. Neither had sweet sauce at all.... will not order from there....sadly
