6/4/2024My meal was very flavorful and meat was seasoned perfectly. Wonderful fast service. Clean cool restaurant. There are weekly specials and is close walking distance from hotel. Delicious! View all feedback.
What Ava R doesn't like about Casa Jalisco:
The service was great, a solid 5 stars. However, the food was quite bland and soggy. The dessert seemed to have had an artificial aroma. I wasn't quite sure what to expect when the flavors entered my mouth. It wasn't exactly a 5 star dessert, to say the least. View all feedback.

Love their steak chimichanga and quesadillas. Service is hit or miss. We spent 20 min waiting for someone to take our order. Finally a very nice server asked if we had been helped. She said she would ask the hostess assigned to our area. Evidently that hostess wasn't interested in helping so the nice server came back to take our order. Wow! Kudos to her for showing what it takes to be a great food service employee. Food wise this place is probably the closest you'll find for authentic Mexican food in the area. It's consistent. We come here whenever we're passing thru the area traveling because it's consistent and open later than other places.
Great food and personable service! They make you feel welcome and assist you with food recommendations.
Food is decent but the service is pretty bad. Kitchen staff usually gets the food out quickly but you'll feel like a hostage waiting for your bill.
The flautas I ordered was basically chicken tornados with cheese sauce. I was APPALLED
