What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
I received a cold pizza and my drinks were missing. The driver got lost! I was given a refund of just $1.31 on a $20 order. They mentioned having a refund matrix, whatever that means! The customer service here is really lacking; I wouldn’t recommend this location at all! View all feedback.
Staff was very nice, they didn?t charge me a crazy bread for making my order delayed. The pizza was cooked to perfection and they handed it to me in 10 minutes after i ordered it.
Unfortunately this is the only little Caesar?s in town so I have to go to it once in a while. Today, I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and a supreme pizza at around 5:57pm. I ended up having to go to Safeway so I arrived for my pizza around 6:30pm and when I got there they couldn?t find the order and said it wasn?t ready. I showed them the email I got saying it was ready and the email with the receipt and they continued to look for it for about 10 minutes and nothing. I didn?t get angry and just asked if they could please just make the pizzas and that I would wait. I waited about 15 minutes and they were ready but the kid working the counter just threw them at me and didn?t apologize or anything and was basically like here. I like going their but they need to hire people who aren?t so rude. This isn?t the first time I?ve had a bad experience with them. Maybe next time I won?t be so nice or I?ll just drive to the Brighton location.
Do not order delivery from this location. They use a third party (DD) to deliver for them. I put in an order at 11:10 Am. Was supposed to be delivered by 11:45. For some reason, 5 different doordashers accepted the order, and then backed out. I decided to place my order at Domino's instead. I called the 1-877 customer service number for DD, and they said their hands are tied, only the store can cancel the order. They tried calling the store, and no one picked up the phone. So as of right now, (12:25 PM) I've paid for an order I haven't received from Little Caesars, and Domino's was able to make and deliver my other order within 20 minutes.
No wonder they never answer the phone always smocking and never getting the orders right. I have been calling earlier today 5 times and no one answered. Such bad customer service. Jobs this days just hire anyone.
I find it really frustrating that you never pick up the phone, whether I'm trying to place an order or if there are missing ingredients on my pizza.
