In the past, pizza places would open the box and confirm the order with you. I'm frustrated not only because they got it wrong, but I also wonder why they don’t offer deals for phone or in-person orders anymore. I live just four minutes away, yet it took me longer to place the order online than it would have to drive in and order at the counter. I'm frustrated not only because they got it wrong, but I also wonder why they don’t offer deals for phone or in-person orders anymore. I live just four minutes away, yet it took me longer to place the order online than it would have to drive in and order at the counter. And seriously, why is there a tip line when I’m just picking it up? You can call me old-fashioned, bitter, or out of touch, but the truth is that customers no longer seem to be a priority.
It was just okay. I went here because my son wanted to. The drinks were somewhat weak.
The staff was friendly and genuinely cheerful, which made my experience fantastic.
