Having been a patron here for about 10+ years, it’s safe to say the quality of their food has completely deteriorated. Although price increases are to be expected with the ongoing pandemic, a decline in service and food quality is not. Not sure why I keep giving this place numerous chances to redeem itself. This place is so popular with the locals that a lot of the bagel flavours run out by lunch time on weekends: my advice is to get there in the morning for the best selection. My favourite is the egg bagel, but I 've tried most of the flavours and they are all well-seasoned with a good chew to 'em. I recommend the breakfast sandwiches (if you have time to wait for them to make one for you)... Oh. And they 're cash-only, though there is an ATM in-store.
Bagels are amazing. Been coming here for over 30 years and I'm never disappointed. There are very busy for breakfast and lunch.
Eureka!!!!! I asked for a plain bagel, just a little cream cheese. And that's what I got! I've been in just about every bagel store in Bergen County. When I ask for a little cream cheese, it seems that for spite they put half a tub on my bagel. Thank you 3 Star. Oh and the bagels are really good. My friend owns a deli in the area and everyone raves about his bagels. He gets them from 3 Star.
One of the best bagels around. I don't live near here but a friend brought me a bagel and egg salad and wow! Delicious. The bagel was almost buttery-like. I've asked him to pick me up a half dozen next time! Really good.
