They seems understaff, and the cashier is not fully trained. They are trying their best though.

Two days ago was our first time we went to this place. But It is no doubt not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the good service, with the excellent cooking and booze and with the comfortable pay. We will definitely return there soon.

I just left this place with my husband. We had to come back because they took our order wrong and made a small mistake that could easily be fixed without any problems. The fact that we came back seemed to have upset the employees even though it was their mess. A simple... slice of bacon in which they have forgotten to press EXTRA on the screen and place on our order, and a sandwich without Mayo was given to us with extra Mayo. We ask you if we can fix our order. The manager (who claims her name is Brittney, if my husband had enough of her posture, not only do we find out that her name is really Connie because she is known for her posture and bad customer service, comes to us and says she will fix the order, but she must now charge us for the extra bacon because she?t before, and asks the food back to fix it. Our reception is in the bag, we give it to her, so now I? m is not able to receive a ticketing name or a survey address, memory number, etc. We wondered as courtesy if she could simply add the bacon, as they screwed our sandwich. I don't care she said no. I take care of the simple fact she told us no and how she does things in her store and how she told them to fix it and that? So she wasn't just ridiculously rude... she just refunded the money. Just give us $5 and change when our order was 9 and change. Says she wants the drink also with the bag of food we already handed over. Absolutely not, I already drank it. She then says she'll charge for the big drink. Only completely rude and for this place, someone with an attitude like these represent them to have a shame.

I love the frosty keychain of the Wendy! If you haven't bought one yet, I highly recommend it. The staff at this site were super nice to me at my recent visits this year. I will definitely make this innocence my most important location! Thank you. Also the chicken nuggets and sweet and acidic sauce are the BEST

The burger was so fresh and delicious. And the team members were so polite and nice. Thanks everyone!
